South Beach is open from 8 AM until sundown (equipped with Lifeguards) and is an ideal beach for sunbathing, swimming, or walking along the seashore. South Beach is also known for having an abundance of plants native to the park, heavily foliaged walking paths, and favored haunts home to a variety of birds. Amongst the beach goers, you’ll also find surf fisherman, as it is one of the favorite pastimes of many park visitors.

Red Reef Park
Red Reef Park is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. If you’re a fan of snorkeling, you’ll want to visit the man-made reef located just 10 feet off shore. Catch a glimpse of the tropical fish, sea turtles, eels, stingrays, and more, while swimming among the one of a kind rock formations. Red Reef Park is equipped with grills, tables, and restrooms - all which create the ideal picnic area! The park is also home to Gumbo-Limbo facilities where you can get an up-close look at the island creatures through an outdoor aquarium and take a walk through the butterfly gardens.

Spanish River Park
Spanish River Park is open from 8 AM until sundown, however, is closed to the public on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Spanish River Park gets its name from the fresh water stream which once flowed along what is now the western edge of the park. On the West side of the park is the Intracoastal Waterway and lagoon and to the East side is the ocean and beach for swimming and sunbathing. Spanish River, complete with grills, restrooms, and playgrounds, is truly a favorite haunt among tourists and locals alike.

Deer Creek Country Club
Come play this 18-hole Championship course located between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. This course is an upscale public facility with country club amenities. Deer Creek challenges golfers of all levels and is know for its unique undulating rolling landscape, a design not typically found in South Florida.
